About this policy
We only use cookies that aren't essential to the site if you say yes. This policy explains which cookies we use, why, and how to change your mind at any time.
It covers www.thedigitalstride.co.uk. "We", "us" and "our" mean The Digital Stride, a trading name of Miromedia Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 04489916) at 7 The Parade, Leamington Spa CV32 4DG.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages and visits, such as your cookie choice or whether you've been here before.
- First-party cookies are set by us, on our own domain.
- Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use, such as Google or Microsoft.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
This policy also covers similar technologies, such as tracking pixels and browser storage, which we treat the same way as cookies.
How we ask for your consent
On your first visit we ask which cookies we can use, and we set nothing beyond necessary cookies until you answer. You can choose Accept all, Reject all, or Manage settings to pick category by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

We record your choice with Cookiebot, our consent provider (run by Usercentrics). They store an anonymous record of when you chose and what you chose, with a consent ID, so we can show that we asked.
Our site also uses Google Consent Mode. Before you choose, Google's tags run in a restricted mode that stores no statistics or marketing cookies. If you allow those categories, they switch to normal measurement.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Your new choice applies from that moment.
- Withdrawing consent stops new cookies in that category. To remove ones already stored, delete them in your browser settings.
- We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask again. We'll also ask again if we make a significant change to the cookies we use.
- If you contact us about your consent, tell us roughly when you made your choice so we can find the record.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits and page speed in aggregate. They don't use cookies.

Third parties and your browser
The companies in the table set and read their own cookies, and handle that data under their own privacy policies. Some of them, including Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn, may process data outside the UK. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect it.
Embedded content. Some pages include a Google Map or a video. The provider may set its own cookies when that content loads, and those cookies are covered by the provider's policy.
Browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking every cookie will stop parts of the site working, including remembering your cookie choice. ICO: cookies explains how.
Changes and contact
We'll update this policy when the cookies we use change, and show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change affects what you've agreed to, we'll ask for your consent again.
