Job Description
As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for managing all search engine optimisation activities for our clients. Your role will include developing strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and optimise the overall online presence of our clients. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and web development teams to implement SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
- Optimise website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g. link-building).
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimise campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends.
- Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with web developers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Experience with SEO reporting and analytical tools.
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and updates.
- Familiarity with relevant web analytics tools and optimisation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
