Hybrid - 2 days office based (Leamington Spa), 3 days remote

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in the development and execution of various digital marketing strategies. This unpaid internship offers a comprehensive learning experience and the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will gain hands-on experience in a digital space, working on real projects that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimisation): Support the SEO team in keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy to improve organic search rankings.
  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Assist in the creation and management of PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Email Marketing: Collaborate with the email marketing team to design and implement email campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign performance.
  • Paid Social: Help manage and optimise paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn, focusing on targeting, ad creatives, and performance tracking.
  • Requirements

  • A strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
